To report a missed bin collection in Southampton, call the Council on 023 8083 3005 within two working days of the scheduled collection. Lines are open Mon-Fri, 8:30 am to 5 pm (4:30 pm Fri).
When to call: If your bin collection was due today, please wait until after 4 pm to report it.
Requirements: The bin must have been out by 7 am on the scheduled day, and you must report it within two working days.
Action: Leave your bin out; the Council will aim to return as soon as possible. It does work!
