My three year period of office as a director is coming to an end this month. I have decided not to put myself forward for reappointment.

I agreed to join the working group and help set up the Company in 2017 to ensure that the freehold of the Estate was secured for the residents.

We have come a long way since then, achieved that initial aim, started to put in place some good processes for the future and we’ve learnt a lot along the way (I know I definitely have!). In that time, I have also changed jobs and found it increasingly difficult to juggle keeping on top of things, so I feel that the end of my term in October is the right time for me to step back. It will also be timed with the upcoming HCERA AGM (albeit a virtual one) who may appoint another director.
